Expulsion From Home And Social Boycott – The Terrifying Consequence of Leaving The Ahmadiyya Jamaat

Azmatullah Bhatti hails from a suburban village, 109-RB Masoodabad, in Faisalabad. He held several positions within the Ahmadiyya Jamaat, but in 1988, he left the Ahmadiyya Jamaat and embraced Islam.

After leaving the Ahmadiyya Jamaat, his Ahmadi family completely boycotted him socially and expelled him from their home, leading him to face numerous hardships.

After accepting Islam and being expelled from his home, Azmatullah Bhatti completed his education in Lahore. He is currently residing in Lahore and is engaged in his personal business.

In a video interview, Azmatullah Bhatti stated:

“When I left the Ahmadiyya Jamaat and embraced Islam, as is common among members of the Ahmadiyya Jamaat, my father also completely boycotted me and told me that I no longer had any connection with this house.

After being expelled from my home, I arrived in Lahore helpless and alone. I had neither a job nor a place to stay.

I had completed my graduation, and I was pursuing ICMA . At that time, I was preparing for my third-part exams, and I would sit on the roadside to study for them.

Despite all these difficulties, I firmly believed that the One for whom I was enduring all this would never disgrace me but would surely grant me honor.

Those members of the Ahmadiyya Jamaat who once wished to see me humiliated—Alhamdulillah—today, they have also embraced Islam.”
